Packages - Flat Fee Please see Weddings, Social Gatherings & Business Events page for specific package cost. Weddings Day of Coordination - 50% Deposit required at Contract Signing. This deposit to hold services & date of event is non-refundable. Month of Coordination & Full Planning require a 25% deposit to secure the date at Contract Signing. Balance of payment is due 4 weeks prior to the event. Additional services may be added for $60 per hour. _______________________________________________ Social Gatherings & Business Events 50% of known fees required at Contract Signing. When booking a package, on-site coordination services can be added at $60 per hour. If you choose to change the package/add-on service level prior to the event, the original deposit will go toward the final cost. Deposits are non-refundable. Balance of payment is due 2 weeks prior to the event. Final Invoice listing Balance Due will be mailed 1 week prior to payment due date. _______________________________________________ Travel - $.50/mile Fee is charged when travel is required further than 50 miles round trip from Seattle, WA (98116); no travel fee is charged for Complimentary Brainstorming Session. _______________________________________________ Items purchased per client's request, will be billed upon delivery.
